DELIVERY AND SHIPPING RATES

All the products are shipped from our stock warehouse located in Limassol, Kolossi Area.

We cooperate with Cyprus Post Office and all the products are dispatched in 1-2 working days after we received full payment order. The delivery time can take from 5-7 working days.

We are not be held responsible for any delays to deliver caused by third party industrial action.

Shipping and handling rates are calculated based upon your location and the weight of your order. Upon completion of your order our shipping calculator will display and add the shipping charges to your total order cost.

RETURN POLICY

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, we will offer you an exchange, or refund provided that:
(1) you return the item within 15days of purchase;
(2) the item is in re-saleable condition, meaning that:
a) it is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories;
b) it is unopened, unused and in its original condition;
(3) all refund costs are paid by the buyer.
If these requirements are not satisfied, we reserve the right not to offer an exchange or refund.
